Peter Facinelli talks New Moon to Moviefone on the red carpet at last week’s Sony Vaio launch event in New York.
“I think people should be excited about the action that the second one’s going to bring,” beamed Facinelli. “We still have this love triangle between Rob, Kristen and Taylor that grows in the second one, but as a guy I love to see some action too, and we have a lot more action with the werewolves coming out in full form. That’s going to be fun to watch. It’s something that when you read the books you can imagine, but when you see it it’s a whole other thing.
Right now Peter is in the lead with over 14,000 votes! The contest he is currently in is for North America. However if he places in the top 20, he’ll be entered in the “Ultimate World Competition”. There is also a “miss” and a top “animal” twitter competition.
Peter Facinelli and Jackson Rathbone spoke to MTV at ComicCon about Rachelle’s replacement in New Moon. Neither could say too much due to commits to Summit but both are obviously sad about the decision
Examiner interviewed Peter about rehearsals and stunt work for Eclipse which are due to start any day now!
AB: What was your favorite part of Eclipse?
PF: I actually like that, in the book, a lot of the family members are talked about, and in the movie they’re in it a lot more. The books are all told from Bella’s perspective, so a lot of times, when she’s not in the scene and things are happening, you don’t actually get to see them, like the battle scene, for instance. In Eclipse when the whole family and the werewolves are fighting the newborn vampires, it’s talked about and through Edward you kind of get something, but in the movie you actually get to see it, you know, so I like that in the interpretations of the movies, it’s not always about Bella’s perspective. She isn’t always in the scene, and so that opens up the story a little bit. The Cullens are in it a lot more throughout.
Kellan Lutz, Peter Facinelli and Edi Gathegi attended the 2009 Creation Twilight Convention back in May and brought the house down!
How this escaped our attention, we do not know, but we’re bringing it to you now and that’s all that really counts, right?
In the clip, Kellan totally imitates Rob Pattinson’s running technique, sprinting through the crowd. It eventually comes to a thrilling climax when Peter exclaims, “I wanna be Bella, and I’m gonna go on your back,” as he jumps on Kellan’s back!
How funny is Kellan’s accent when he’s impersonating Rob?
